Wendy supports Cornerstone’s service team while also managing front desk operations, serving as a consistent and welcoming presence for both clients and colleagues. She helps keep workflows moving by managing items in the service queue, monitoring Schwab alerts, answering phones, and greeting clients as they arrive.

A self-described perfectionist, she cares about getting the details right and takes pride in ensuring tasks are completed accurately and thoroughly.

Drawn to the financial industry by an interest in back-office work and organization, Wendy enjoys seeing how her work directly impacts both clients and advisors. The most meaningful part of her role is knowing the support she provides contributes to positive outcomes across the firm.

Outside of work, Wendy enjoys spending time with her family and creating new memories. She also enjoys reading titles like El Alférez Real by Eustaquio Palacios.
