Thomas manages internal operations and compliance at Cornerstone, supporting both the firm’s advisors and internal team through efficient processes, reliable technology, and day-to-day operational support. He is often the first point of contact for advisors, helping resolve technical issues, streamline workflows, and remove operational bottlenecks that get in the way of serving clients.

With a strong operational mindset, he focuses on making sure advisors and staff feel supported while continuously improving systems through workflow automation and process optimization. His goal is to eliminate unnecessary work so teams can focus on what matters most.

Originally drawn to the industry by the independence it offered, Thomas discovered a passion for the behind-the-scenes work that enables advisors to deliver great financial advice. He finds the most meaning in supporting others and building systems that help them succeed.

Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with family and loved ones, getting in a full round of golf, and reading books like Atomic Habits by James Clear.
