Jess provides administrative, servicing, and day-to-day support to advisory teams and their clients. She is relied on for problem-solving (especially when it comes to Schwab) along with keeping requests moving by managing the service queue and ensuring nothing falls through the cracks.

She cares deeply about seeing tasks through from start to finish, navigating challenges along the way while keeping things moving in a timely and organized manner. Her focus is always on making processes smoother and helping others reach the end goal with confidence.

Originally joining Cornerstone to learn and grow professionally, Jess quickly found her place supporting advisory teams and clients. What began as a learning opportunity has turned into a role she genuinely enjoys, and she takes pride in helping others feel supported during everyday requests and larger transitions.

Outside of work, she recharges at the beach and enjoys psychological thrillers like The Silent Patient by Alex Michaelides.
