Jay serves as Chief Operating Officer, supporting the firm’s internal team, external advisors, and the CEO across all day-to-day operations and growth initiatives. He oversees internal staff and manages advisor relationships, ensuring advisors receive comprehensive support across portfolio management, service, and compliance so they can operate and thrive.

Outside of work, he enjoys coaching his sons, Henry and Tony, spending time with his wife Amanda, and getting out on the golf course whenever he can.
