James "Jim" is a Financial Planner and Advisor at Cornerstone, specializing in retirement planning for retirees and pre-retirees ages 45–75, with a particular focus on those working for RTX. He helps clients prepare for retirement by building sustainable income strategies and providing guidance on the many life decisions that come with this stage.
Clients rely on Jim for thoughtful life management and income planning that supports a confident transition into retirement. He works diligently and respectfully, always placing clients’ wants, needs, and priorities first. Jim cares deeply about getting every detail right, knowing that small decisions can have a meaningful impact on long-term security.
Jim finds the greatest meaning in helping clients fully retire with confidence. Seeing someone step into retirement feeling secure and excited about what’s ahead is the most rewarding part of his work.
Outside of the office, Jim enjoys boating on the open ocean as a way to recharge. His favorite book is The Hero Effect by Kevin Brown.

Carmine is a supporter of St. Jude's Children's Research Hospital. St Jude's was founded by Danny Thomas, an entertainer. Their mission is: "...to advance cures, and means of prevention, for pediatric catastrophic diseases through research and treatment. Consistent with the vision of our founder Danny Thomas, no child is denied treatment based on race, religion or a family's ability to pay."
