Alan is straightforward and upfront, with an ability to explain not just the “what,” but the “why” behind his guidance – often with a touch of humor. He cares most about ensuring policies and decisions are both compliant with current regulations and practical for the business to implement.

With a background as an attorney at large law firms and Wall Street investment banks, Alan brings deep financial services experience to his role. He values working closely with smaller organizations, where he can build strong professional relationships and contribute meaningfully to firm culture.

Outside of work, Alan enjoys spending time with his family and golfing.
